Refund Policy

Here at Hugging Hazel Inc., we guarantee the quality of our products. If you have ordered the wrong size or are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us prior to returning your Carrier. We will do our very best to resolve the issue and send you the correct size. If you are still unhappy with your product, items purchased directly from our website are returnable within the 30-day trial period. Articles must be returned in like new condition, in their original packaging with all documents and tags included. Hugging Hazel Inc. reserves the right to request proof of purchase for any and all returns. If you are planning to return your Hugging Hazel Baby Wrap Carrier, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We ask that you please send us an email so we can confirm your eligibility for the return or exchange.  Once confirmed, please ensure you use a shipping method that can be tracked and email us the tracking number. Once we receive your package and it is determined to be in "like new" condition, we will then exchange your product or refund your purchase amount.  If your product was sent without the original packaging, supporting documents and tags, a restocking fee will be deducted from your reimbursement. 

Again, we highly recommend that you use a shipping service that tracks your shipment or purchase shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, nor will we accept any responsibility should it not reach us. Any COD deliveries will be refused by Hugging Hazel Inc..


Ship your product, prepaid, by insured ground shipping. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write "Canadian Goods Returning" on the outside of the package.

DO NOT return items by UPS or other carriers, as duty and/or brokerage fees will be charged at our end, and your return will be refused by Hugging Hazel Inc.
